These Terms & Conditions define the recruitment service framework provided by Skillspace.biz.
By engaging with our recruitment services or participating in the hiring process, clients and candidates agree to these terms.

1. Application & Information Accuracy

All candidates must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including CVs, work history, qualifications, and supporting documents. Misrepresentation may lead to disqualification.

2. Eligibility & Role Fit

Candidates must meet the minimum eligibility criteria defined for each role. Submission does not guarantee selection or interview.

3. Recruitment Process

• Resume screening
• Initial HR screening
• Technical/functional assessment
• Interviews (client/internal)
• Final evaluation and selection

Skillspace.biz reserves the right to modify or skip any stage.

4. Candidate Communication

All communication will be conducted via provided contact details. Candidates and clients must remain responsive.

5. Candidate Volume & Delivery Commitment

6. Bulk Hiring Terms

For 5+ positions:

• 8–15 candidate profiles per position
• Continuous sourcing pipeline
• Dedicated sourcing support (if required)

7. Replacement Guarantee

If a candidate leaves within 3 months (probation), a one-time replacement is provided.

8. Selection Rights

Final hiring decisions are made by the client only.

9. Confidentiality

All hiring-related data must remain confidential.

10. Document Verification

Credentials may be verified at any stage.

11. Overqualification Policy

Overqualified candidates may not be considered for entry-level roles.

12. Right to Reject Applications

Applications may be rejected without explanation.

13. No Employment Guarantee

Participation does not guarantee employment.

14. Data Usage

Data is used strictly for recruitment purposes.

15. Amendments

Terms may be updated at any time.
